melthebell
https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2017/feb/08/wikipedia-bans-daily-mail-as-unreliable-source-for-website?CMP=twt_a-media_b-gdnmedia Wikipedia editors have voted to ban the Daily Mail as a source for the website in all but exceptional circumstances after deeming the news group “generally unreliable”. The editors described the arguments for a ban as “centred on the Daily Mail’s reputation for poor fact checking, sensationalism and flat-out fabrication”. funnily enough they also bring up Russia Today, and Fox News for raising concerns with Editors, gonna ruffle a few right wing feathers

altus
When Facebook started started flagging links people post that have failed independent fact checking the Mail's response was to run a character assassination article on a person who runs one of the fact checking sites. Robin-H
And 'The US Government's House Committee on Science' still has an article (which has already been debunked) from the Daily Mail as their lead as of today. https://science.house.gov/news/in-the-news/exposed-how-world-leaders-were-duped-investing-billions-over-manipulated-global
Flexo
Great news! If only Mail readers realised how brainwashed they can become by it. We could take back control and run the country properly. When Facebook started started flagging links people post that have failed independent fact checking the Mail's response was to run a character assassination article on a person who runs one of the fact checking sites. That's standard operating practice for the Mail and their ilk. Fox News is the worst, they're just the propaganda arm of the Republican Party. I watched the documentary about how they do it - it's a real eye-opener!

Mister M
Oh well, it'll confirm the paranoid delusions of those who work at the Daily Wail (Melanie Philips, Jan Moir, and the ever hateful Richard Littlecock). Ironic that Wikipedia, of all organisations, thinks that the Mail is unreliable. ha ha ha Edited February 8, 2017 by Mister M
