Though most of the buildings are fairly derelict complete with burnt out office block last used by Airsoft . A good place for housing perhaps the whole area needs some money spent on it Cannon Brewery and the thoughly burnt out Sky Village are not far away plus other long abandoned buildings littered about . Do you think Rutland Road would make an good housing area I know the road a busy one it used to be an hang out for ladies offering their services for a price ? WasThatWise Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 When it was originally sold but Stanley remained in the office block the factory side was stripped by a very nefarious looking group of people, cast iron radiators were in big demand. Since seen bottom car park which seems to be some kind of metal store, office block not fit for anything except demolishing if it doesn't fall down first. It took me 90 minutes to drive home tonight from the city centre. What the hell happened on the A61 ring road? It were gridlocked at the Ecclesall road roundabout in both directions.
