I visited with a view to possible purchase a little while ago as it's got the potential to be a little gold mine if you get the offer right. There is almost no money to be made in a lease hold pub co pub unfortunately. When you competitors are buying beer for £60 and you are paying £120, you have no chance. Then if you do make it successful the pub co just up the rent. I would be surprised if many leasehold operators clear more than 25-30k a year.
