Not sure whether me or my OH will do it this year but at least one of us will although we need to up the miles now! It is now a challenging route and a real city event. Top tip ,train on hills, the climb is not that bad leave some in the tank for the downhill (mostly) second half. Been doing it for years great way to measure your fitness annually. jemson Posted March 20, 2017 Author Share Posted March 20, 2017 I`m a bit short on miles tbh. (Longest run has been one 12.5 this year and a few 9s). Did Dronfield 10k yesterday and really pushed it. Not sure about SHM, not entered yet. OH is doing Monsall Trail HM next weekend so maybe I will enter. Really looking forward to the Round though.
