cris removal
Hi.Any one knows a place to dispose wood waste for free ?
silentP
You could advertise it as firewood, lots of folks with wood burners now, failing that council sites take it for free unless you got one o' those white van things then they get a bit funny. Eater Sundae
Is this plain wood (ie cut up trees), or is it treated wood, either with preservatives or paint, as this may impact on your options?
achorste
If you're a business you have to pay for waste disposal (unless you can find a register waste contractor who will take it for free). This might seem harsh for simple wood waste, but its a result of all the fly tipping. If you're a private individual, any of the recycling sites will take it: https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/environment/waste/reducingrecycling/recyclingcentres.html
