It's the UK that will not walk away to WTO,but wants to negotiate a better deal from outside the EU to when it was in,the EU must be getting tired of repeating that it isn't going to happen. The EU knows that behind closed doors the UK is forging ahead with FTA arrangements with other countries. The EU knows that to remain competative it will need to strike a deal with the UK.
