Finding a family grave

I have traced a brother of my fathers - WALTER MORTON who, with his wife FLORENCE lived at 513 Manchester Road, Crosspool.

I believe they died between the late 1940s and early 1950s. What is the best way to find out where their grave is?

I'm pretty sure you need a close date of death otherwise it is a case of trawling through hundreds of records.

 

The archives exist and also give you the plot number and cemetery.
