Whereas Mr Corbyn says the wrong things and means all of them.

Really? I wonder what you find to disagree with?

That he wants to protect worker's rights?

That he wants to ensure jobs are real jobs that pay a living wage?

That he wants to ensure British workers get an even playing field with foreign workers, and jobs be advertised here before abroad?

That he wants to improve public services and mend cuts where possible?

That he wants the NHS and schools properly funded?

That he will vigorously pursue Companies and Corporationsly for the tax they owe to pay for it.

That he is prepared to tax the wealthy more 'but will make sure the burden falls on the broadest shoulders who can best afford it?'

He is willing to consider Nationalising the Railways and bring British infrastructure back under British ownership where possible?

That he is willing to fight for the rights of the ordinary people?

Unless you own a corporation or are very wealthy indeed what's the problem?

Who do you think will pay for that?

You're not supposed to ask awkward questions like that.

Not an awkward question at all. If you want decent services (and we all do) then they have to be paid for.

Tax owed by the big Corporations and serious tax dodgers will cover most of it, and unlike the Tories, who say they are pursuing it when they are not, Labour really means it. They also intend reversing the cuts to Corporation tax.

I expect in the end we will all have to contribute something, (except the poorest,) and so we should, but those that can afford most will contribute most. Unlike the Tories who take it from the poorest.

It seems to work in Sweden and other North European countries.

All of us if we want a better country

Not everyone can afford to pay more. Yes, there are certainly tinkering round the edges that need addressing - the whole self-employed-but-not-really thing needs outlawing in most cases. But renationalise the railways? How much will that cost? How are you going to ensure foreign workers don't get to the front of the queue first, and more to point, didn't Gordon brown try that and it failed?

Schools and the NHS, yep needs more money but it's a bottomless pit. You could slap 10% on op of vat and the NHS will want more.

Maybe the question about the railways is how much will it cost to continue subsidising private companies not to deliver the full economic potential of the system.

The NHS probably does need about another 10% to be fair, in order to bring our health spend as a percentage of GDP closer to what other major countries spend. That's about £12bn a year.

Education probably the same. Another 10%.

Ask yourself what would be the outcome of these key services being strangled of funds, on for example the ongoing health of the UK population, or perhaps on our ability to compete globally with a highly educated workforce.

A good economy needs good infrastructure and a healthy & well-educated workforce.

You're asking the wrong question. You should be asking how can we afford not to invest in these things.
