Edwards" that was completed in 1923 - perhaps this is what is shown in the picturesheffield photo. It doesn't appear on old views of the Town Hall such as this 1906 postcard. hillsbro Posted April 20, 2017 Share Posted April 20, 2017 I seem to remember reading somewhere that the 1923 extension was designed by the architect to resemble a French château, and with the roof lines and dormer windows there does seem to be a similarity to this one, for example, in the Limousin region.
