I've served notice to quit before now after polite and less polite requests to tone the noise down havn't had much effect. The neighbours of my tenants have the right to quiet enjoyment as well... That's the problem, they have friend round but they are nice an quit before 10:00pm as they have 2 young children, the lad mess round on bicycle or have a chat in garden a bit loud us as thy re only early 20s , but they are out after 10:00 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
