Most of this confuses me.

Its currently 51 seats labour and 29 seats tories. Obviously a long way to go. Could labour win?

No Labour won't win. Not a chance.

Very small Tory majority or a hung parliament.

no. It's logistics. Labour have an initial advantage in the counting in that the more densely populated seats where people vote Labour more. It's just a question of getting the boxes of votes back to the counting centres and the distances involved. At 2am, it looks like a Labour landslide even when they lose. When the Tory Shire county vote starts coming in at about 4am onwards the Tories start to make loads of holds all of a sudden. But will it be enough to squeeze them over the line.

So basically it looks like tory will win?

They will get the most seats but not an overall majority. In other words all the other parties could join up together and outvote the Conservatives in Parliament.

The Conservatives need 326 seats to win overall.
