He lives in South Wales. The vehicle comes from a van rental company in South Wales. He drove the van across from South Wales to London. That appears to imply an element of premeditation. If you look at post 60, Mafya appears to be saying that Tony Cuneos radicalised the attacker. I just asked a question that everyone asks when the attacker is an Islamic Extremist. People have been receiving letters, messages, threats of physical attacks and we saw what manifested yesterday." "There is a real nervousness," he added. He said the "solidarity" that had come out of the last 12 hours had brought "a calmness", but added that "we need to really think" about how to make people feel safer.
