The Consequences of Brexit [part 4]

Recommended Posts

Yes. We're leaving not a moment too soon.

The true nature of the EU is exposed. The EU will soon be making a mad dash to become a Federal United States of Europe. Massively increased political and economic union will include an EU Finance minister and an EU army, which would be controlled by the Commission and risk the neutrality of member states such as Eire.

Member states will have to support the EU federal superstate or leave. We were the first to leave the EU - we will not be the last...

How many Remainers on here believe the UK should be a part of this EU World Order?

If we had an EU army in 2003 it would have prevented the UK from committing to the second Iraq war because Germany and France would have vetoed its deployment. As you can see, that would have been a terrible idea :loopy:

If you believe that the Martin Schulz 'United States of Europe' articles to be found in every major UK newspaper (and many on the continent) are fake news then you simply don't understand what fake news actually is.

Find them and share them. It isn't difficult.

The dangerous fanatics who control the EU will be sending it's military defence force into EU member states to control protesters - Catalonia, for example. Military adventures in Africa and provoking Russia will also be the aim of the new EU army.

Dangerously unstable times ahead for world peace.

Really? You actually believe that? I think we are more likely to see the British army on the streets in Northern Ireland again than we are the EU army on the streets in Catalonia.

Being suspicious is natural, being a conspiracy theorist is not.

Please, stop the nonsense because you are just making yourself into figure of fun.

The DUP are being asked to back something that edges Ireland closed to being united. So it could. The counter to that is that if the deal May is close enough to what Labour want then May could have enough support to continue if she makes this a single issue Parliament.

And, if we had an EU army in 1982, then Spain would have vetoed the deployment of armed forces to remove Argentine forces from British territory if Spain had been a member then.

and if there was an EU army in 1939 then we'd all be one big happy family and no world war :)

on the other hand, the alternative to May would either be the hard border in Ireland which they don't want or possibly a hard border between the mainland UK and Ireland which again they don't want. The fall of May would almost certainly result in a general election and that stands a good chance of a Corbyn led administration and the DUP don't seem to like him very much.
