The Consequences of Brexit [part 4]

remind me again whos asking for money from us  we are the first domino to topple more will follow :hihi:

We already decided on the money,it's for committments signed up to,which the UK have agreed it should pay.

The Dutch and the French have already had a chance to elect anti EU parties, they rejected the chance to do so.

The UK decided to leave the EU,the bitterness shown by Brexiters towards the EU shows that this isn't enough for them,it's the very existence of the EU that they don't like...........you don't get a vote on that,so I would just concentrate on leaving with at least some dignity intact.

We must stand in solidarity with our Polish brothers and sisters against the might of EU superstate aggression.

Ah,so touching, and they want to reciprocate the love::hihi:

We have to make changes and toss aside the fatal idea that if something bad happens there should be more power for Brussels, and what follows, for Berlin and Paris,” Kaczyński told reporters on Monday while in the eastern city of Białystok. He added the idea was to reform the Union “so that the U.K. can return to the EU, so that there can be a second referendum

It shouldn't need pointing out that with one single exception, every UK MP belongs to a pro EU party.

France and the Netherlands came this >< close to voting in anti EU parties en masse. Next time their voters might have more confidence when they see that Brexit isn't so bad after all.

That's up to them, the important thing is that they will decide what is best for them,as and when they want. The Poles have elected a Euro sceptic party, but they haven't got the guts to put a referendum to their population because they are the biggest beneficiaries of EU money.

It does make you wonder how these tensions created by the EU between citizens and politicians will resolve themselves.

What's the schedule for the Armee de European Union ?

They aren't created by the EU between citizens and politicians, they are created between politicians and people of the countries.

The case in Poland and the U.K. for sure.

With the smaller countries like Greece certainly not the case. The big EU countries have massively intervened there, bullying at times.

Greece are still in the EU,if they thought it was that bad, they could have left any time they wanted, they haven't,they've been on the streets protesting about everything, nothing stopping them from demanding a referendum on membership.
