Why have so many Remainers expressed absolute outrage on social media about the change in passport colour if they consider it meaningless? (b) Information on the cover: In the following order: - the words "European Community", - name of the State issuing the passport, - emblem of the State, - the word "Passport". HM Passport Office is largely funded by user fees. We give them money when we need a passport, in return they give us a new passport. The UK passport had to be redesigned in 2019 anyway.
