The Consequences of Brexit [part 4]

Recommended Posts

Let's see shall we. A truly commercial system could be quite a money spinner for the UK and partners.

The white heat of British industry.

What next?

You're an engineer too so I'm sure that you will agree that it certainly wouldn't take nearly as long as Galileo since the tech and expertise is existing, and of course it will be a new generation system with greater commercial value and lower operational costs, lower administration costs for sure (!) and the potential to undercut Galileo with a better system.

That said, the EU is playing with fire. I hear that 21 EU nations have had UK/Galileo assistance with cyber attacks. And what happens when the UK withdraws our military cover from the Baltic nations because we don't have military grade open access to Galileo?

The EU most certainly doesn't hold all the cards here, and that's before the UK simply deducts the cash from the Brexit bill.

One word: NATO

Don’t waste so much time on pointless posts in future

Such a deliciously ironic post. I can only assume that you had something useful to add but forgot while wiping away the spittle from your keyboard.

There's loads of space below for a better contribution to the discussion. :)

Can't believe leavers would want our armed forces being organised by an unelected group of foreigners.

Lets have it right, leavers have no idea what they want beyond cakeism.

Theresa May's Brexit red lines will make Britain a 'haven for criminals':

More rheotric to be replaced with reality? Is the cake a lie... something tells me it might be :suspect:

You contradict yourself as on the one hand you are saying that it would be easy as it is using existing tech, and on the other hand you are saying but it would be better because it is new tech...

But your life is full of contradictions isn't it?

Something like this?

<ENG-Mode>

That's not even worthy of a response!

If you can't be bothered to understand the discussion at hand why even bother getting involved?

Feel free to look it up if you're so iiiinnnnnnterested.

Off you pop!

</ENG-Mode>

I'm doing an impersonation of you ENG, I think it's pretty close.

I added some emphasis to the usual drone to make you more interesting, hope that's OK?

Otherwise...... NAILED IT!

The article highlights a failure of the Metropolitan Police and UK government, no mention of the EU?

Is this a:

"We'll, we already have war criminals here and can't be bothered to look for 'em, so why not have a load more criminals... who cares!"

sorta thing?
