Yes my name is Mick Tavernor , we lived next door to the Johnsons on one side

and the Wheatleys on the other.

I used to hang around Alf Denial and Graham Holmes.

I moved up to Durham in 1967 , good to hear from you.

I remember Malcolm , he was in my year , I will be 65 this year.

I think Glyn was the same age as our Geoff.

Hi/Katie48.

I think I remember Worthing Road.

What's your name, I have just found this site.

I spent many hours down the rec playing football.

It's great to hear from some friends from school days.

I was only eighteen when I married and moved to Co. Durham.

I still miss the good old days and some of the names bring back memories.

Good to hear from you.

Hi/katie48.

I forgot to mention my sister in-law Julie( formerly Reeves) speaks to us regular.

but our chat doesn't usually go back to the good old days.

Julie married my brother Geoff.

I came down to a school reunion that Julie told me about a few years ago and Julie re-introduced me to Janet Hartley.

I met a few old names. Geoff Robinson,Dave Bamford,Graham Bagshaw, Roger Lycett,Dennis Denial.Tommy Whitely.
