Gas explosion on Canada St.

There are deaths for John T and Freda M Martin in 1968,

 

No.80 Canada Street, missing in 1974

It was officially described as a Gas Explosion.

I have been told that the bottom end of Canada Street was cordoned off, and an unexploded bomb was searched for but never found in 1940.

A coincidence. ?
