Accompanied by Sheffield's best blues musicians this is one not to miss - 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month 9pm, free entry. Wednesday 26th July: Quiz Night The highly irreverent Quiz is every Wednesday at The White. Hosted by the inimitable Mr Bling, you and your team must overcome 3 rounds of general knowledge, an audio round and a picture round in order to claim the prize. £30 + more to be won! Throw into the mix some random challenges, spot prizes, lashings of real ale and a completely free buffet with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options and you're onto a winner. 9pm, 50p entry Thursday 27th July: Jam Night Hosted by Sheffield legend Chris Firminger and backed by his regular house band The TwoJays, this evening provides a platform for musicians from all over Sheffield and further afield. Renowned for the musicians it attracts, the Thursday Jam sees regular attendance and performance from the likes of Julian Jones, The Carnival, Open Jaw Fayre, The Crashers, Grave Danger, Fahrenheit, Vamp and many more. Full backline and P.A. provided, come watch or join in. 8.30pm, free entry Friday 28th July: Do$ch Dosch supply their own brand of "high energy" British R&B, and have played alongside such legends as Dr. Feelgood, Mick Pini, The Wilko Johnson Band & Dumpy's Rusty Nuts. R.J.Greaves of Blues in Britain Magazine rated their album Money to Burn, 9/10, and recommended, "a great act to catch live." Dosch have appeared at the Blues Festivals in Burnley and Nantwich, plus The Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival in Colne, U.K. 9.30pm, free entry Saturday 29th July: Bad Penny From The Black Crowes to The Stereophonics, from The Beatles to The Fratellis, from Status Quo to Snow Patrol - Bad Penny are bringing the classics. Good time rock n' roll, fronted by the semi-legendary Kev Percy, it's going to be a great night of music. 9.30pm, free entry Sunday 30th July: Strange Days An afternoon of laid back beats courtesy of Fran Green (Wild Honey Soundsystem), Chiv (Vibrations) and Wayne Sealey (Revolution Nottingham).
