Loki1981
Does anybody else on this Forum do BodyAttack or Body Pump at Ponds Forge?
sayloubay
I used to go to both but haven't in a few months. I love Body Pump but Body Attack is a killer. I did it once and nearly passed out - all that jumping and running around didn't go dowm too well! Do you go or are you thinking about going? I would be up for getting back into Pump. Tartempion
I did body pump once or twice. I kept wondering why those classes have such stupid names though. Do you think it's to attract men, or hardcore fitness fanatics...?
sayloubay
I have never done curcuits. I think I prefer standing in one place and lifting weights rather than running round or doing things that need good co-ordination Tartempion They call them silly names to market them don't they. It sounds more fun than 'weight lifting' or 'run about till you die' anyway. Loki1981 I would be up for getting back into it so might pop along some time in the next couple of weeks. How long are you out for then due to the ankle injury?
Loki1981
Sayloubay. I go to the MSAE clinic on friday, hopefully, i can start swimming, and Body Pumping on that same day. I'll not be able to do Body Attack for a few weeks yet.
berbick
Circuit training at Concord 6.45 on Wednesday night is really hard, my abs were sore for a few days after, very effective though and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys training hard.
