You have confused yourself by muddling up two very different court cases. Trastrick would have perfectly aware that the E Jean Carroll case was a Civil matter, when he said "Found Guilty as charged. Lock 'em up, and throw away the key!", he was referring to the four Proud Boys found guilty in a criminal court of criminal acts in support of Trump.

Thank you for putting me right.

If you're still supporting Donald Trump then you have absolutely no grip on reality.

The verdict will be appealed.

Until it's settled , I'm on Trump's side on this one.

A classic case of "he said, she said".

She remembered  how traumatizing the event was but couldn't couldn't remember when it happened, so Trump couldn't pull out his calendar to prove he wasn't even there.  :)

She said she went into the change room voluntarily with him :)

No report to police, or to the store!  :)

Even Monica Lewinsky didn't throw out that semen stained dress!  :)

Judge forbade any mention of DNA in the courtroom.  :)

Trump was gagged from declaring his innocence in public, before the verdict was rendered. :)

The NY Judge and Jury were in a 'New York State of Mind'  :)

Even then, the Jury didn't believe her claim that Trump raped her, which was the root of her testimony.

They did, however award her $5million, from a multibillionaire, which won't even cover her lawyers fees over the years this thing has been going on.

'We find you didn't rape her. as you claimed, but we'll give you a little something for your ' bravery' in coming forward to tell us, yet again, just how bad OrangemanBad really is'

Should have been a slam dunk, given the strong feelings in New York against the Republican former President and front runner for 2024, (Up by 6 over Biden, according to the latest Wash Post/ABC poll.)

But, at least Justice, New York style, was served, in this case!  :)

But the salivating Left and their MSM pals, will,  as usual, be left with another bad case of blueballs.  :)

Is Donald Trump being hounded and facing a complete witch-hunt because of his political views and because he made very important people look absolute fools by winning the presidential election...... absolutely.

Anyone who is incapable of seeing this is blind.

But Trump then failed to get re elected and his constant reference to there being a witch hunt sounds very hollow to me.

Politics is a dirty business and Trump has done his share of deriding his critics and opponents over the years .

It’s hardly surprising that he is subject to similar treatment by his opponents ,which I hope is reflected by the electorate in general and the GOP in particular when they have the guts to move from his divisive brand.

Trump was forbidden from trying to influence the trial by making premature public statements, as every defendant is.

Where the incident happened. :?

Making an appeal a somewhat awkward and risky prospect.... for Trump.

The award is largely symbolic, the verdict isn't. :?

The award was a result of having to endure sexual abuse and defamation...

...your claim is nothing more than a sad, bitter, complete miss-characterisation of reality.  :loopy:

Not at all a surprise though, from a poster with extensive form for trying to dismiss or minimise sexual abuse.

Sure, but you also claimed "Trump owned it" in the deposition video...

...did you even watch it? An embarrassing shambles! :loopy:

These civil cases involving celebrities and historic allegations  are a farce in the USA  The jury only has to think the allegation might be true to judge the defendant is liable.  The women should have reported the alleged wrongdoing at the time and then if there was sufficient evidence Donald Trump would have faced a criminal trial and ended up in prison if there was no reasonable doubt about his guilt.  These civil cases are all about money for the lawyers involved  and the  accuser rather than delivery justice.

There are many reasons women do not come forward with claims of assault.

It's widely studied and easily understood.

We only have to look back over the last few years when multiple famous people are being held to belated account both here and the US

I would invite all Trump haters to watch tonight's CNN Trump Town Hall.

The "new" "improved" CNN, that is!

Noted Trump TDS sufferers, Cuomo, Lemon, Cabrera, Malvoux, Harwood, Stelter, Chris Wallace, Toobin, Poppy Harlow, Brooke Baldwin. Jarret, Cornow, the list is endless!

All gone!

They badly need the ratings!

Always wise to see that the enemy is up to!

Especially if he's the leading candidate for Leader of the Free World in 2024  (according to the polls)  :)
