If someone living on the Manor wanted to move away from the crime and anti-social behaviour to, say, Ecclesall, must the council be obliged to house them there as a "refugee"? How about they're seeking asylum from the crime and violence, does that help? Its Mexico's issue to deal with. Are they seeking "asylum" in Cuba, Argentina, Brazil? The Mexican leader must be relieved that even though his country is crap and his people are leavining, no ones saying anything and just getting on Trump instead.
