Where citizens are given the presumption of innocence, until proven guilty. They don't have to PROVE their innocence. It's always the law that trips up these obsessive partisans every time, and frustrates them. Fortunately Trump is rich enough to obtain the best legal counsel. and can fight them in Court. Other innocent citizens faced with 6 years of legal persecution, would not be so fortunate. And the precedents they are setting do not bode well for Obama, Biden, Hillary. Equality under the law extends that right to all citizens, including Donald Trump. 2 years of Special Prosecutor Investigation by 18 mostly Democrats, 2 failed Impeachments by a partisan Democratic Congress, 6 years of fraudulent "Russian Collusion" conspiracy theories by the liberal press, and some 20 State Prosecutors looking into Trump's businesses, his family, and still GOT NOWT on Trump! Pelosi and her crowd of witch hunters have probably dragged more Republicans before her kangaroo courts than McCarthy ever did during his search for communists, back in the 50's.
