Hmmmmm. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

As the events involving Clinton(one of many he is suing) occurred over six years ago it is likely that the claims against her will be thrown out on the grounds that he obviously suffered no damage.

But Trumps aim is not to 'win' but to entangle his claims with the criminal investigations into his activities. He also has to spend the $millions he received from the far-right supporters of the armed assault on the Capitol he instigated and the failed attempts to overturn the election.

U.S. Taxpayers should be suing Pelosi, Congress and the DNC, for gross incompetence in governing the country.

Never before has so much effort, time and money been spent setting up a 2 year Special Prosecutor Investigation, 2 failed Impeachments, and 4 years of sustained Congressional Investigations and Kangaroo Courts, which failed to come up with even a speeding ticket against citizen Donald Trump.

While they let the country go to hell! :)

The Hill

Former President Trump is leading President Biden in a hypothetical 2024 match-up, according to a new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey released exclusively to The Hill.

If the 2024 presidential election were held right now, the poll finds Trump getting 47 percent support compared to 41 percent for Biden. Twelve percent of voters are undecided.

Vice President Harris performs even worse in a hypothetical match-up with Trump. Forty-nine percent said they would choose Trump, while 38 percent said they would support Harris.

The Poll is consistent with RCP's Average of all Polls

                 Favorable   Unfavorable

Trump             44.6         50.8
Biden              42.9         52.0
Harris             37.2         51.0
Pelosi             35.0         56.0

OrangemanBad is today more popular than all other major U.S. politicians.

How can that be?

Demonstrably untrue: Clinton alone suffered more than Trump... Uranium One, Benghazi, e-mail gate... to name a few.

No-one wastes time and money quite like Republicans, Trumps woes don't come close!

The impeachments didn't fail, Trump was impeached... twice.

The Special Prosecutor Investigation did not exonerate Trump.

Phew, lucky there's 3 years to go then ;)

Easy... OrangemanBad isn't a politician, he holds no political office... unlike everyone else in your list :?

Firstly, Trump would have to take the stand... for a long and tortuous deposition, under oath...

...the thing his legal representatives have consistently been desperate to avoid because Trump wouldn't last an hour under serious legal scrutiny, more chance he'll perjure himself.

Then, the suit says:

"Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty"

Which (a) he's got to prove, and (b) it's going to be a bit awkward when the defence points out he did exactly the same in the run up to 2016:

"Donald Trump falsely accused former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of giving away U.S. uranium rights to the Russians and claimed — without evidence — that it was done in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation"

So... good luck with that

Funny really, the action itself is another form of doing *precisely* what the suit is seeking damages for...

...which comes as no surprise whatsoever :hihi:

:?

Funny indeed!

If he were guilty of all the things you claim, they would be suing him!

Lol
