... I guess that's what makes him a great business man.

He hates to lose.

He's had a lot of practice: As a Businessman, Trump Was the Biggest Loser of All

Quote

Between 1985 and 1994, the Times story says, Trump’s core businesses lost money every single year, and the accumulated losses came to more than a billion dollars. “In fact, year after year, Mr. Trump appears to have lost more money than nearly any other individual American taxpayer, the Times found when it compared his results with detailed information the I.R.S. compiles on an annual sampling of high-income earners,” Buettner and Craig write. “His core business losses in 1990 and 1991—more than $250 million each year—were more than double those of the nearest taxpayers in the I.R.S. information for those years.

Man tanked a casino.  A casino.  My cats could rake money in running a casino.

That's a really stupid question.

Just answer - happy with Trump treating "little people" like they don't matter - like you don't have to pay them for the work they did for you because you've got deep pockets and can use lawyers to bully them.

You can't help but accumulate money if you inherit a shed load of it as a primer, plus a vast and lucrative property empire.  The more appropriate question is just how much more wealthy would he have been if he had actually been competent.

Come on, you're bigger than this.

Why the admiration for bullies?

Well seeing as you ask. I have none. Usually at this point I'd place a full stop and post but I have no particular problem with you and you arent some sad pathetic stalker so I'll explain.

At no point have I shown support for Putin.

I've said I understand his motives.

I've also said I don't agree with any man having the right to send other men to fight and die for something they may not even believe in.

It's disgusting. Your real problem is not what I've said but just the fact I don't hate either Trump or Putin. The fact I don't call them names and berate them at every opportunity irritates you.

For the record.  Trump was the best candidate in 2016 and the best candidate in 2020.

That's the sum total of my "praise, admiration, support" for Trump.

Accumulating several billion from a primer of 413 million suggests some competency don't you agree?

I don't know.  You'd have to be actively burning cash not to make more from the inheritance and property empire left by Trump Snr, and there's a long list of Trump businesses on the crashed and burned list or, like his golf courses, are apparently haemorrhaging money.  Certainly his people excel at creative accountancy, playing hide and seek with the taxman and seeking, shall we say, alternative sources of income and investment, but much of his wealth seems pretty nebulous.  He has a huge amount of debt and he lies about his income and bank balance as reflexively as shafting the small businesses he employs.

But he is a showman, so people like the Apprentice producers will continue to shovel money at him as they expand their own coffers.  And he has had (and might still retain) political influence attractive to donors.  All that will likely remain until the gold plate starts to flake and people start calling in those debts.
