You have confused yourself by muddling up two very different court cases. Trastrick would have perfectly aware that the E Jean Carroll case was a Civil matter, when he said "Found Guilty as charged. Lock 'em up, and throw away the key!", he was referring to the four Proud Boys found guilty in a criminal court of criminal acts in support of Trump.
