Enough said. Well, you have to have some concept of personal dignity and a reputation worth defending, of course. As such, clearly, you wouldn't understand why vindication in court is often more important than any resultant award. A classic case of "he said, she said". She remembered how traumatizing the event was but couldn't couldn't remember when it happened, so Trump couldn't pull out his calendar to prove he wasn't even there. She said she went into the change room voluntarily with him No report to police, or to the store! Even Monica Lewinsky didn't throw out that semen stained dress! Judge forbade any mention of DNA in the courtroom. Trump was gagged from declaring his innocence in public, before the verdict was rendered. The NY Judge and Jury were in a 'New York State of Mind' Even then, the Jury didn't believe her claim that Trump raped her, which was the root of her testimony. They did, however award her $5million, from a multibillionaire, which won't even cover her lawyers fees over the years this thing has been going on. 'We find you didn't rape her. as you claimed, but we'll give you a little something for your ' bravery' in coming forward to tell us, yet again, just how bad OrangemanBad really is' Should have been a slam dunk, given the strong feelings in New York against the Republican former President and front runner for 2024, (Up by 6 over Biden, according to the latest Wash Post/ABC poll.) But, at least Justice, New York style, was served, in this case! But the salivating Left and their MSM pals, will, as usual, be left with another bad case of blueballs. Really? https://edition.cnn.com/2023/04/19/politics/trump-carroll-trial-attendance/index.html “Defendant Trump wishes to appear at trial,” the letter states, but adds “concern” that New York City and the court would face “logistical and financial burdens” to have a former president travel with the Secret Service and other security protections to the proceedings. Gagged by his own legal team then? Edited May 10, 2023 by Longcol

Imagine expending so much energy to defend a sex offender. Whilst also expending an equal amount of energy advocating the killing of criminals. In New York, of all places! Seems even that Jury was not as brainwashed by the MSM, as some of the gullible here on SF. They awarded her $3 million for "defamation". But then he did say some nasty things about the liar! We'll give her that! But only $2 million for her 20 years of 'life changing trauma'! Probably the multi-billionaire spends more than that on his hairdresser. Her legal fees will take care of that, and more No little orphan Annie alone in the big city was this woman, back in 1995, or was it 1996? She and pal witnesses can't remember when this life changing event actually took place!
