Guest
And where's the lucre from the current crop of criming-inspired grifting going? Why, to pay off his legal fees, of course: $60 Million Refund Request Shows Financial Pressure on Trump From Legal Fees Quote The political action committee that former President Donald J. Trump is using to pay his legal bills faced such staggering costs this year that it requested a refund on a $60 million contribution it made to another group supporting the Republican front-runner, according to two people familiar with the matter. The decision signals a potential money crisis for Mr. Trump, who has so far refused to pay his own voluminous bills directly and has also avoided creating a legal-defense fund for himself and people who have become entangled in the various investigations related to him. Your continued scratting about to support and fluff Trump is endlessly fascinating. especially in light of my previous post. Clinton stories from 2001? She's not running, mate. It's 2023, remember? The Biden thread is further down the page. I think you're a bit lost. Trump’s Business Hauled In $2.4 Billion During Four Years He Served As President: Quote His real money came from the business he refused to divest, not from his government salary. An analysis of documents, some of which only became public in recent weeks, shows just how much Trump’s businesses raked in while he was in office. Dig through everything—including property records, ethics disclosures, debt documents and securities filings—and you’ll find about $2.4 billion of revenue from January 2017 to December 2020. If not for the pandemic, there would have been even more. Trump’s business was hauling in about $650 million annually during the first three years of his presidency. How Trump fused his business empire to the presidency: Quote He has spent one out of every three days as president visiting one of his luxury resorts, hotels or golf courses. He has leveraged his powerful international platform to promote his developments dozens of times. And he has directed millions of dollars from U.S. taxpayers to his businesses around the globe. In three years in the White House, Donald Trump has accomplished something no president before him has done: fusing his private business interests with America’s highest public office. Trump’s early decision to maintain his grip on his sprawling real estate empire — despite his pledge to put his business aside while in the White House — has created a vast web of potential conflicts of interest, accusations about his policies being driven by his business interests and even possible violations of the law, according to documents and interviews. But you have to recognise almost half the voting population of the U.S., 70,000,000,000 voted for him in the last election and have other views, and it is the U.S. who will get to choose, if he can stay out of jail, long enough! Lol The Trumps were A-List people in America, right up to the moment he decided to run for office. Even the Clinton's sucked up to him, when they wangled an invite to his wedding!
