Fortunately, the judge in this case has clarified the distinction.

A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference. He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood.

He cited definitions offered by the American Psychological Association and the Justice Department, which in 2012 expanded its definition of rape to include penetration “with any body part or object.”

I've chucked that down the rabbit hole on a couple of occasions, but his motivation to defend rapists and perpetrators of sexual assault is apparently stronger than the need to accept real world rationality and accountability.

Trump did what was best for the country not what was best for his political career.

 

And everyone with some knowledge knows Biden is just a puppet and that major wars would start under his presidency

For the record  Arthur F. Engoron is a judge of the Supreme Court 1st Judicial District in New York.

Given hindsight, and present circumstances, you'd have to have beer goggles (or be brain damaged) to try to claim Trump ever acted in the interests of what's "best for the country"!
