The difference being that she was recalled and kicked out by the Labour Party. Labour won the subsequent by-election by the way 

 

Davies was recalled and has been stuck back up for re-election by the Tories. Talk about contempt for your electorate.

Both individuals had to be recalled, after criminal convictions,  but I would respectfully suggest that Ms. Onasanya had committed the greater offence - how many counts was she convicted on?
