If not, I’ll have it I toured Page Hall recently, looking for undamaged, unlocked bikes, but they all had a broken back wheel In Amsterdam junkies cycle around asking people if they want a bicycle for £20. What’s going on? That's rare! Most seem to have no locks now. There's even one in town, with no lock, that the 'owner' has chained up with their own bike lock! I took it and a woman ran towards me yelling "that's mine you b******" I laughed and said it had no lock on it and kept cycling away while she ran after me.
