tinfoilhat
Bear with me. I'm angry most of the time, certainly at this time of year. You know who don't look angry? Buddhists. They always look so serene. People who do you yoga are supposed to be calmer aren't they? Tai chi is supposed to be calming. But is it? Have any angry people tried any of the above and come out just as angry or does it work?
bertyboop
I meditate and it's done wonders for my anger and stress.
Bob Arctor
Buddhists in Myanmar don't seem averse to murdering Rohingya Muslims because of some kind of angry hate bigotry thing, sadly.

Sadly that's very correct and not isolated to Myanmar.
Bob Arctor
That said, I do find that meditation makes me feel much more positively inclined to my fellow humans. Unfortunately these days, with a full time job and kids, if I try to meditate I just fall asleep.
geared
Sadly that's very correct and not isolated to Myanmar. It's not even an isolated event. Same thing has been going on for many years.
