Are there any angry Buddhists, stressed out yogees?

Bear with me.

 

I'm angry most of the time, certainly at this time of year. You know who don't look angry? Buddhists. They always look so serene. People who do you yoga are supposed to be calmer aren't they? Tai chi is supposed to be calming. But is it? Have any angry people tried any of the above and come out just as angry or does it work?
