JOHN HABS Posted December 1, 2017 Share Posted December 1, 2017 I remember him from working on the building of the Jordanthorpe estate what a great service he did for many a working man nothing else for miles around in those days. I worked on that building site as well.....use to buy my pies off him and take them to the nearby pub ( was it called the BateMoor ? ) and have it with a pint.
