'issues' when you mean 'problems/difficulties'

'logistics' when you mean 'delivery/transport'

'pushback when you mean 'opposition/resistance'

'takeaways' [no, not food ones] when you mean 'conclusions/results'

 

And 'journies'....

Don't forget 'journies'.....

Read an article in one of the weekend papers about someone's training and subsequent work experience, and it was used no less than 3 times in 2 paragraphs....

...and the disappearance of the letter 't' in spoken words.

Listened to a radio interview recently in which the reporter was chatting to three university students - sorry, univerrseeuh stoodens - who all sounded thick as planks because of it...

or 'i-uh'.

Thankfully, these don't seem to have crossed the Atlantic yet, but another two 'Americanisms' are "a ton of" and "a bunch of"...
