'Cashback', how does it work, complex, not transparent?

as above, on other consumer sites, some people have got fifty quid back on phones that cost 89.00 plus one month rolling contract, they cancelled the contract but still got the CB in most cases.

 

Example: I want to purchase Huawei P8 from Currys, 129.00, Quidco offer cashback, but it is not clear how much, do you have to buy before you get an indication, etc?

I don't know, but I tend to buy things from places that just have a lower price without gimmicks.

Quidco gives you the cashback percentage on what types of sales etc each retailer is offering. For example, it will say what percentage buying electrical items from Currys would get you.
