Blue British Passports

Recommended Posts

It's a non story other than a consequence of the EU referendum vote.

Yip.

It's like all those people who are crying that they will have to wait in a different line at the airport and they will be damned if they can't give over democracy to the EU to do it!

The sensible ones among us just pay a few quid and walk past BOTH lines.

Remainers really have lost their **** about the most ridiculous things.

Best is,Brexiters have thought they have been in a 40 year fight with the EU about the colour of their passport, while the EU have been completely oblivious to it,because the real battle was with their own government............comedy gold.:hihi:

No need to ,the correct information about how a passport changed from blue to red,and is due to change back to blue has been pointed out,to counter the spin and misinformation that Brexiters were putting on it.

"british" passport maker De la rue has abandoned its appeal against the awrding to franco dutch company.

De la rue doesnt even sound wholly british to me either...LOL

Daily Mail has gone a bit quiet about it, found it in the end though, comments are classic:-

"Oh come on DM. Shouldn't this be a bit of a bigger story on your front page? After all you've been crowing on and on and on about how great your petition was doing. Where's the mention of that? Do you feel silly now? Egg on your face. Not the first time eh??!!!"
