Ghozer Posted December 26, 2017 Share Posted December 26, 2017 It can certainly be smaller than that, the new keyring sized Tesco Club Cards have QR codes on them, I have seen them even on the edge of a CPU (chip inside a computer) It all depends on the resolution of the 'camera' that is meant to read the code, as lower resolution won't be able to see small(er) sharp details etc...
