If you had issues with the company previously, and even been to Trading Standards, then why were you giving them even more custom for the newer purchase? Fair Question.The price of the phone was around £25,the next cheapest price I came up with for the same phone was £68.For £25 I will take a risk. apelike Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Same with Argos. Bought something online, paid with card, picked up at their outlet in Dronfield. Was advised that my 'receipt' was my earlier email order confirmation and my text message giving an order reference number. That is surprising as they state that they will email a printable receipt if wanted.
