Sept blater took over with his cronies and it all came out about fiddling thought they were untouchable after all those years in power

What does FIFA mis-doings and your answer have to do with your question ? As I think that Blatter and pals will never have heard of managers of say, Grimsby Town, Accrington Stanley or Leyton Orient venting their disapproval to a referee's decision.

It all boils down to power, instance managers should not question the ref decision that's the FA thinking Why don't they be open and let the managers question refs decisions?

The FA (Premier) and the Football League who rule the rest of it- in England- are different entity although within FIFA. While we're on about head's of FIFA, in 1966 the head of them was Stanley Rouse and England's games -one of them was supposed to be at Goodison Park, Liverpool -then mysteriously switched to Wembley- that meant the England played all their games at the same stadium and as for the officiating in the final.. well FIFA and later 'Sir Stanley' and some people 'Thought it was all over' !
