Many a political philosopher has wracked their brain on this topic. In short - no. Consensus politics is the most achievable 'pleasing' approach and the biggest issue with that is the consensus doesn't appeal as much as the fractions united by it. In this clip they have a vote about the colour of the walls of their hut. They have a choice of colours and have to indicate their first and second choice.
