I need to buy guite a lot of emulsion/ undercoat/ gloss (oil or water based). I need decent quality stuff and was wondering where I can get the best value these days. I drove past the other day and the shop looked empty. They may just have been re-decorating over the New Year of course. Not in Sheffield at the moment, so I can't check myself. There are 2 or 3 other specialist paint stores on Abbeydale Rd. 2 Dulux decorating centres either end of the city centre. Also one or 2 crown and Leyland trade stores near to the city centre.
