Hotel deals - Business to business?

I am part of a small business and we have been building up a portfolio of contractors. We have mostly worked on stuff within driving distance of Sheffield but there are good projects further afield. We have used AirBnB and small places a bit, but it is a lot of effort to sort availability/dates etc

 

I have heard anecdotal evidence that you can get really good deals from one of the chains (Premier Inn, Jurys et al) if you book weeks at a time but haven't really found much hard information.

 

Before I spend ages visiting these places to find out (I find web / help lines don't always give you what you need) wondered what folks could tell me
