David_J
You want to go to a place at Crosspooll, although recently changed it's name, it's still owned by the same people etc. It was formally known as "Richard Smith @ Thyme" - Address is 32-34 Sandygate Road, Crosspool. It probably the best restaurant out there. It does cost, although well worth every penny. Check out there website thymeforfood.co.uk

Check out there website thymeforfood.co.uk It's now been split into two: Artisan downstairs and Catch (fish/seafood) upstairs. I'll be trying it for the first time next weekend. Looking forward to it, based on Thyme's reputation. They will have a website soon, but it's still "under construction" at the moment.
