I was thinking, Guantanamo Bay.

 

Clean cell, bed, running water, food, clean clothing, 20 hrs recreation.....

leave them where they are they left the uk to do harm, they lost all rights when they did that, why drain more of the uks resources with a long drawn out trial which would be lengthened and made more expensive by human rights lawyers, most people in the uk dont care what happens to them, let them rot where they are.

You sure you want that??

 

They would get a far longer sentence, knowing the Yanks, and would be a bit short on visitors, unless the daft UK paid their fares.

If they could be proven guilty of killing an American government employee it becomes Federal and (I believe) carries the death penalty. This could apply to say, killing a journalist doing part time work for a government department.
