The owner of the fence has said that he does not approve but will not take any action for fear of reprisals. Is there? Really?? No one has mentioned his race that im aware of, only that he is a criminal from a travelling family. Im not aware that travellers are a different race only an alternative lifestyle that involves a casual attitude to criminality. Does that make all criminals a different race? That outrage is a garment entirely of your own making. An innocent man is now serving a 17 year sentence for that crime which he didn't commit. An ethnic minority, not necessarily a race,(debatable topic) and certainly not just an alternative lifestyle. Some gypsies now live in houses, some non gypsies travel.
