The dash was covered from end to end in expired tickets (and, I assume, one valid one). I did have a chuckle to myself imagining the parking warden trying to look through them to find a valid one. I did wonder though, even if the valid ticket is fully visible, sat atop this collection of expired tickets, would it count as being displayed clearly visible?
