Following on from the success of their St Valentines Feast in February and Mother’s day lunch in March, Blend have created a great tasting, great value menu using the best in local and seasonal produce. Dishes include a warm salad of English Asparagus with peas, parsley and lemon oil, salmon with radish, watercress and sorrel, a North African sharing platter of spring lamb and to finish a rhubarb and cardamom jelly with strawberries and orange sorbet. The event is great value for money at just £22.50 for the 6 course feast and is also completely gluten free with a fantastic vegan menu also available.
