Foxhunting? What sort of lunatics enjoy it?

Recommended Posts

That is such a blatant lie. You appear to think that anyone who is against fox hunting or live animal exports is a terrorist. I have never terrorised any "human life-saving drug companies", and I have never terrorised any vivisection site either.

It's not a lie. It doesn't matter whether you were personally responsible or not... i said your ilk was responsible and they are with life saving drug firms clamouring to leave the UK.

Just like those poor ickle livestock would have left the UK under tight comfort regulations, they'll be imported from another nation where there's no regulation. It is the fault of activists that that happens.

From your reasoning the majority of the public must be responsible for what you refer to as terrorising drug firms, seeing as the majority were in favour of banning fox hunting. If you really think that anyone who is opposed to cruelty to animals belongs to an ilk which is responsible for terrorism, I bet you are really glad that South Yorshire is one of the UK's top counties in the animal cruelty leagues.

You're the fool... and i 'pity da fool'.

Crates are banned under stringent UK law for the exports that are resumed. They get more space than humans do.

How come the RSPCA are opposed to live exports then, even though you've revealed the animals are free to roam around the 'planes freely? Ooops, I forgot the RSPCA are in the same ilk as terrorists as they are also opposed to fox hunting.

You're getting mixed up. The Fox hunting ban was purely a vile socialist act. That section of the radical animal rights activist movement merely continually broke the law by tresspassing onto private property and threatened, wearing hoodies and scarves around their faces (as all law-abiding citizens do with nothing to hide, i'm sure you'll agree)

The fact is the RSPCA is against everything that would bring cash to the UK. They are against live animal exports because they have to be to placate their supporters.

Now, nowhere and genuinely please show me this.. where they countenance the argument that the UK has the stringest laws so livestock would be much safer and have a first class ticket travelling from here than other nations that will be exporting them.

They can't nor can the terrorist sector of the movement who've scared the drug companies away to nations who don't give a damn on animal testing.

The simple fact is that this Government has at last given in to what the majority of the public wanted... a ban on one form of animal cruelty. You make a point about anti-hunt campaigners trespassing onto private property, but you forgot (or chose to ignore?) the hunters who allow their hounds to trespass on private property and rip pet cats to shreds. It also seems you have conveniently forgotten about the hunt that allowed their hounds to terrify children at a primary school near Barnsley?

I think we need to introduce a few facts to this debate:-

1) Foxes are vermin and need to be controlled

2) The biggest killer of foxes in the uk is winter, the second biggest killer is the motor car

3) The "hunt" is a very inefficient way of controlling the fox population

4) Most farmers would rather shoot a fox than let the hunt run round scaring there animals.

The problem with fox hunting is the mentality of the people who want to do it not with the act of removing part of the fox population, any one who is prepared to take part has got a serious personality flaw in my opinion. I used to work for a butcher back when butchers slaughtered on the premises and don't have a problem with killing animals its just the "sport" and "pleasure" part of killing that I find distasteful.
