Dimple Posted May 6, 2018 Share Posted May 6, 2018 Just a warning to anyone using British Gas smart meters.I updated the app on my phone today and went to apply some credit to the electricity. The app threw up an error message saying it was busy and to try later. I did, same message. I tried again, Same message. Anyhoo, turns out the message was wrong and I had actually applied £45 to my electricity but it had not shown up on the screen that anything had been applied.
