Jomie
Senior citizen concessions are not usually given to 60 year olds. They are allowed for people of pensionable age only and proof of entitlement can be asked for e.g. bus pass. Pension age is going up this year to 66 years. Ms Macbeth
We got £2.50 each off theatre tickets. I think cinema tickets offer a similar reduction. And train journeys in South Yorks are half price using bus passes. Bus and tram is free. We're also very grateful for free prescriptions, but wouldn't dream of getting over the counter meds like paracetamol on prescription.
